ABOUT ME
I am a Professor of Economics and Chair in Applied Microeconomics at the University of Liverpool, specializing in labor economics.

My research examines barriers to employment, and the effect of inclusive workplace practices on improving labor market outcomes. In addition to my work on the economics of discrimination, many of my projects explore how firms can modernize work and its benefits to the economy.
